Good Afternoon,

I am looking for:
Remington 700 AAC-SD 16.5” in a AICS 2.0 folding thin hole stock.

Anyone know which cgn dealer might stock that or do I have to build it myself? Has anyone else done this? My math shows it should be a hair over 26” and good to go.

Edit 308

Basically I want that Remington 700 in the stock in this video

Building it yourself is the way to go.
Finding someone with a 2.0 in stock will be tricky. Wolverine, ATRS and Red Deer SC all show out of stock.
The R700 should be easier, but you will have to look around.

I see I run guns has the rifle. That’s easy. The stock is going to be tough yes.

Is there anything comparable to that stock out there on the market today?

An MDT ESS or ACC with a folder would be similar. I have a folder on an ESS and it's real nice. Currently only have 26" barrels for that rifle but planning on an 18" barrel for it soon.

Not the greatest picture:

I've currently got the bits on the way to convert it to a full-length rail up top as well.

I have a folded up R700 with a MDT HS3, Magpul CTR stock and riser. With a 16” R700 300blk lightweight barreled action OAL is about 27” - weight is about 6.25 lbs total without scope. It’s the best and most affordable way to go. The Magpul R700 stock aren’t the greatest to be honest.
