Food plots western provinces

Hey guys are any of you planting food plots with these new products from canada. There is one produced i think in alberta that is like the bio-logic stuff. Cant remember the name but thinkin of planting one. Show some pics if you have.

A no go in Alberta, so is other bait but it was selling fast at gun fest. Fine for trail cameras though. Just not during hunting season.

I just use peas or soybeans, there is enough alfalfa and clover in the fields around my farm that a food plot of more would be wasted (Add some corn and turnip seeds to add some extra forage for the deer). This year I am just leaving about 3 acres of oats uncut and standing for the deer to enjoy. I looked at buying premixed plot seed but I could alot pea and oat seeds for the same price, a pick up load for 50 bucks.

Does anyone know if this is specifically addressed in any of the western provinces - mainly MB?
