Foot print ATRS Maverick vs Rem700 clone

Can someone tell me how much difference in footprint from ATRS Maverick to a Rem700 clone. Are the action screws spaced differently, recoil lug, ect. Reason looking for a stock with a rem 700 footprint and see a McMillan A5 with inlet Maverick. Wonder how much work a smith would have to do and is it worth it.
