I'm tempted to buy.
I have the Hornady shims for the powder drop already, but the Lock Plate looks like some good "Can't Fail" insurance.

I have tuned up my own press and a couple of friends LNL AP presses. These tools would speed it up considerable. Video does an excellent job of explaining the timing pawls adjustments.

And he does ship to Canada, just has to charge shipping based on your mailing address.

I just use a piece of masking tape to stop the powder drop from vibrating loose.

Curious about the primer adjustment thing though. Thanks for posting.
