For shooters who may be interested in the Bergara B14R .22LR, there's a new review published by Guns America Digest on Nov. 1, 2020.

The author says his rifle is a consistent .5 MOA shooter at 100 yards outdoors. Sounds like this is something quite incredible.

Fed a proper diet of magic 22, the Bergara did not disappoint. The Norma was under an inch, while the SK and Lapua both turned in ½ MOA 100 yard groups. Which is pretty amazing for a rimfire. Add to that, I don’t think we have reached mechanical accuracy of the gun even. I haven’t shot right handed in 9 months, until this review. Plus it was cold, uneven ground, and the light was less than ideal. That is not to make excuses, that is to tell you I think the rifle may be capable of still more. If it will consistently do ½ MOA in those conditions, and with no break in, what will it do on a sunny day in perfect conditions? The sky is the limit.

My eye isn't as good as it used to be, but aren't there at least 5 bullet holes across CTC for the Lapua CX? I certainly can't shoot like that at 100 yards, but I think it might be closer to 1 MOA at 100 yards.

Your eye is still good as there appear to be five bullet holes in each of the targets the reviewer shows. It would seem he was shooting five-shot-groups which are often used for assessing accuracy and consistency when not shooting scored targets. Should there be fewer holes or more of them?

While it's not known how the reviewer measured his groups, what's incredible, and more significant, is that the he says both the SK Standard Plus and Lapua Center X ammos consistently produced groups that were 0.5 MOA (about half-an-inch) at 100 yards. Furthermore, he believes that when he shoots in warmer weather in better lighting, perhaps with a bench, his Bergara will be capable of producing sub-0.5 MOA five-shot-groups at 100 yards with the same ammo.

Do these claims seem credible?

I believe theyre using American measuring instruments and with the exchange this is where the group shrinkage adjustment occurs!! HAHA I have friends who in the recent months have purchased this rifle and the results that Ive seen are very impressive. I have seen a boatload of really small groups on 50 and 100yard targets. Can they produce on demand sub 1/2" groups at 100 will have to be seen and tested. I have been impressed by initial results and for a guy or gal looking for a very accurate well made gun in an affordable package, this is a lot of rifle for the price in my little pea brain.
 
Had my B14R since spring and though she be ta tad hefty, I'm happy with the platform for its' stability, build quality & accuracy potential.
The more I shoot with 'er, the more I like the bugger. Gophers & such beware. Happy with me new Timney Calvin Elite trigger as well.;)
