for which rifle is this soft case?

i will call it a soft case,don't know what's the exact name.can somebody tell me for which rifle it was for? must be british because of the arrow marking over what looks like a 13,WM. PET. on the inside flap.i've never seen one of these before,there was a enfield rifle sling going thru the two leather loops on the case.

I'm going to say Lee Enfield as I can't think of any other rifle the British would put into a canvas case.
I have 2 or 3 cases just like yours except for the loops and they are 1918 dated.

i have a jungle carbine .303 that came with the same type of case however mine has canvas straps instead of leather like yours....my case is marked 1942
