Just a heads up for anybody sending off a form 6 to bring a firearm into the U.S.
There is a 2014 revision on the ATF website. There is a spot to check for non visa entries and you no longer have to have a hunting license or invite to a competition.
If you use a link from another website make sure it is the new revision.
I used the link from NSSA website for my form 6 and it was returned as an outdated form and get the new revision off ATF website.
 
It is always best to go to the source. I have always found the ATF to be helpful when I have had questions.
I faxed my form 6 in on the 15th, and the ATF emailed back to me on the 22nd. I would say that is a pretty good turn around.
 
Joe Potosky's web site just posted the new 2014 version Form 6NIA today. A few guys that I know have recently had them returned. Some had been using the 2003 revision and just sending in a new copy.
