Wholesale Sports in Calgary lists them and I have purchased them in past years from them.

This is a hand tool, and not subject to import restrictions, they often show up on ebay where I purchased mine. I also purcahsed one for a friend direct via the Forster website, I found the prices very competitive and the service from the company is the best I have ever experienced.
