Looking to get a Forstner Coax B3, but l can't seem to find one.

I would be willing to pay a reasonable premium if I could find one on this side of the border. If not, is there any restriction to having one sent to the mail box services and walking it over the border?

Are you referring to the Forster Coax reloading press? I ordered mine from Reloaders.ca and they got one in for me.. They are a website sponsor just click the logo top left..

And they are totally worth it.. best single stage press out there.. IMHO

You can/should buy local, but if not, there is no restriction on ordering presses from the US. The only issue now is with anti-gun mania running wild down there, stuff is flying off the shelves so fast you may have to wait to get one. I suggest Sinclair

I would try pretty hard to find one locally, as shipping would be pretty steep I'm sure.
It is worth the wait and effort though ;)

The other day, I broke one of the jaws up top for priming. I'll have to call them tomorrow, assuming they are open.
I've ordered stuff from them before, very nice folks to deal with. Foreign orders have to be done over the phone, but that is really no inconvenience.

The Forster site lists the press for $440.00. Sinclair lists it for $264.99.
Sinclair gets my vote.

I know, how does that make sense. A friend of mine and I just ordered 2 from Brownells.
Brownells/Sinclair, Natchez, Midway...are all backordered but Forster has them in stock(go figure).
