Found a wood grip in a box of parts - what does it belong to?

OK brainiacs, enlighten me. What gun does this wood grip belong to? I only have one side. Any value?

Only markings are "12" and "166".

Looks to me like it would fit a cz 75 handgun. Not sure on value.

Too much curve at the back. Definitely for a CZ or one of its offshoots. - dan

it looks like a really old CZ or Tanfoglio grip.

I think it's an old CZ grip. Former owner owned one, this is probably the original. THANKS!
