For those who want a one piece bolt to affix your VZ inline stock, here is some info.
You need a hard to source metric bolt size M12 x 1.0.
One readily available source is HONDA car dealer flywheel bolt for $7, Honda part #90011-PMO-11 12mm:

It has a shoulder, overall width 22mm:

You want to grind the shoulder off so it is about 18.5mm-19mm overall width as shown. Taking this material off will allow you enough room to screw in your AR buffer tube:

The bolt is about 6-7mm too long. Take the bolt to your local auto store and get four copper washers that will roughly fit the bolt. Piston Ring, Parts Source, or similar auto parts places have bins behind the counter with different size copper washers. They are categorized as banjo bolt copper washers for disc brake hoses. I picked out a few washers from their selection. I had to file the washers inside diameter slightly to get them to fit over the bolt.

I had a NEA inline to AR stock adapter. Notice the oblong recess in the adapter.

File the first copper washer to fit into this oblong recess:

Add some blue med Loctite and thread assembly on to rifle. This pic gives you an idea on how much of the shoulder to remove on the bolt. You can basically grind off up to the 12 hex points:

Tighten with 17mm 12 point socket ($5 at Princess Auto):

Now thread your AR buffer tube on and your ready to go.

Most of the people looking for VZ58 bolts are those that have the folding/fixed/collapsible stock and switch between these = each has their own bolt. I'm sure this is helpful to someone.

Most of the threads and WTB ads are those looking for the folding stock bolt or the long one for the wood/beaver buttstock.

I had no issues with my Stormwerkz AR Inline Adapter. Undo bolt for folder, remove folder, Put on adapter, replace bolt.

On my CSA or on my VZ58.

Thanks for the comments guys. I didn't have a bolt/screw that would work for the NEA adapter plate. I called NEA and SFRC but nothing was available. If I had a bolt from a folder I would have used that. I've also heard of a few people buggering up the original bolt screw slots, leading to problems.

It really wasn't that much work...go buy a bolt from the Honda dealership and pick up 4 copper washers. The info may help others out who may be in the same bolt. The M12 x 1.0 is a VERY uncommon thread, and that was the biggest hurdle (but 15min on the info net and an easy solution was found).:)

I can truly appreciate the leg work you put into finding this bolt. Thank you for taking the time. Someone will definitely find this useful.
