Any future work of mine will be done by D.Henry. He has a very good reputation. I have nothing good to say about KS Arms in Edmonton, and would not recommend him.

TSE has now invested in a fully tool gun repair centre. The Swiss gunsmith in charge is called Markus Furrer, give him a call on Tel: (403) 720-4867

If you had one little bad go around with Karl or his staff dont knock him....I have known Karl for over 10 years now and he is always the guy I go to for jobs that I dont have the tooling or equipment to do. His prices are in line, his work or the work of his employees are top notch...So as such I would highly recommened him if you want work done...:sniper:

I have known Karl for 20 years and he has done a lot of excellent work for me. As long as Rod works for him none of my rifles will be in his shop. I have told this to Karl himself. Dave Henry is good to deal with and does excellent work.

My bad experience with KS was more than a small misunderstanding. I'm sure that he has done fine work for a good many people...I'm just not one of them.

i would like to thank everyone that has replyied to this thread. i've got some good information. and have followed up on it. however there was on person that posted and i PM him twice for a little more info and he can't or won't answer the PM. from my point of veiw you shouldn't post just to post when some one is looking for help....:( oh well time to move on. anyways after doing some research and talking to a few gunsmiths i have found out that with my mechanical experience i am more than capable of doing my own honing on the rugers. so with that said now i'm looking for a gunsmith that can do an action job on 2 1892 puma rifles. since thery're non restricted there easier to ship. so if any body knows and has contact info for a good gunsmith anywhere in canada please post here or pm me.
P/S i did try dave but he's so back logged it's unbievable.

and once again i wish to thank everyone for there posts and there help
