If you want a real beltfed experience toss a few links on the ground and then take a knee on them for half an hour or so lol.

all existing belt fed may on the list, but no change to the blanket rules re belt fed. need to design a new upper that takes modern belts (3d print the links) so is limited to 5rd belts (but no law about joining belts together ...). there is such a thing from fightlite for the AR; make something similar that is not AR or 180 (i mean, but copy what you gotta copy). mate it to a magless lower. we can all 3-gun with chest rigs full of coupled 5rd belts feeding our semi-auto belt-fed bullpups.
