Hi, Im close to buying a Franchi Intensity as my waterfowl gun for this season. I'm looking for some feedback from any current owners of this shotgun. It's the one that fits me the best and I pretty much shouldered them all. Just wanted to know what their experiences were, ....good, bad, reliable, recoil, durability,...just wanted some first hand accounts. Thanks.

Good reliable guns. The warranty is also very good, but dealing with the Beretta customer service here in Canada can sometimes be difficult if you are not local. Beretta Canada is located in Oshawa. However, it isnt likely that you'll ever need warranty work anyway. Although Franchi is nothing more then a brand name nowadays (versus being a manufacturer), its still a very good quality gun. They are light, fast pointing guns that use the Benelli ID system, and are economically priced in comparison to its sister company. Likely one of the best bang for your buck quality semi's available. If the gun fits you better then any of the other guns you've tried, then thats more then half your battle as proper gun fit is paramount. If you decide on a Franchi, you should feel good knowing that you made a wise choice in purchasing a quality firearm that should outlive your ability to continuing to shoot it.

Thank you 1963 beretta,...I agree fit is important!

Has anyone used it for Waterfowl?

I purchased one this fall for waterfowl, I love it. The only complaint I have is mine does not like shooting my favorite Kent shells. I've figured out a way around it and it has shot flawlessly since.
