Frank Wesson .22 rimfire tip-up single shot derringer (thinking it's a First Model)
From the Blue Book:
.22 cal., tip up action, 3 1/2 in. 1/2 octagon barrel, brass frame, spur trigger, rosewood grips, round frame, irregular sideplate. 2,500 mfg. 1859-1862.
Acquired it as a 12(7) so it's still registered.
