I broke the main spring in my Frankford arsenal primer pocket swager, the one from the upper handle down to the roller that supports the swage anvil, and filled out the online warranty info. Unfortunately it only recognizes addresses from the USA and I have no reply after 10 days.
Is there a warranty center or point of contact in Canada. This thing works great but I have only swaged about 600 cases between the 9mm, 223 and 300blk.
A failure this soon in its service life has to be under warranty and there is a 2020 manufacture date on it as well.

I bought a FA M Press from Amazon, and it arrived broken.

I asked for replacement parts or a replacement from the vendor, and they had none, but would take it back for a refund. I contacted FA directly and asked if I could buy the parts (I did not expect warrantee for a third party vendor). They answer was NO, they don't ship parts to Canada. I asked them how they shipped the presses up here and got silence. (Marketing company that ships direct from China, maybe?

I sent it back, got my refund, and bought a rock-chucker (better press anyway after seeing the M-Press).

Try sourcing one from some place like Mcmaster Carr; they should have something close. Shipping will be more than the spring.

Best advice; avoid Frankford stuff, no support. If you buy from a dealer, they may part one out to keep you going, but with customer service like that, I think dealers will be few and far between.

I refuse to buy anything from them as I have heard they won’t warranty anything outside of the U. S. So basically their warranty is worthless. And with no way of getting parts a very poor company to deal with.

I have received many replacements for my Frankford Arsenal stuff.
I think I contacted the Canadian distributor Battenfeld technologies.
They were very easy to deal with and sent out whole product instead of parts.
Some of it was my own fault I broke the rubber latch on my separator and they sent me a whole new one.

Didn't know this so thank you for the resource. If it's under warranty, and you purchased it from LGS or Online Gun store, try contacting them and see if they can help.

Odd. When I had issue with my hand primer, they sent me parts no problem. Even a whole new set of shell holders.

I called the support # 1-833-784-5524 for my DS750 scale that was flakey and they sent me a new one from the US. They requested photos or a video first as to what was wrong. New one arrived last week.

Take the broken spring into Gregg’s distributors, pretty sure they can find a match with their inventory.

I got a reply from FA in about a week after my second e-mail. They said a file had been opened and gave me a reference number to quote on further correspondence. I sent them more information and nothing back for two months whereupon I sent them a polite reminder that I was still waiting. A few more weeks go by and I receive an apology and since they do not have that part would I like a replacement tool! I replied in the affirmative with my shipping info and they notified me one would be on its way to me. That was a week ago so with international shipping it could be here tomorrow or next month. I am happy they are making it right but they seem a little overwhelmed when it comes to customer support. Will post again when it is finally resolved.

Go to an auto parts store with yer bustitted spring.
I'm sure there will be one similar to what needs replacing on yours.
Maybe even a hardware store.

Well what do you know, the new primer pocket swager arrived by UPS today. I can’t give Frankford Arsenal an A+ because of the lengthy delays but they get an A for service.
The spring is hard to replicate as it works in both directions push-pull, more like a rod that can stretch so finding one that works is hard. I was using the old one with an elastic band pulling the case support rod out and manually pressing it under the pocket swage. This is not as bad as it seems as you have to put the case on the rod and remove it anyway. It is certainly way quicker than the press mounted RCBS swager. I am very happy with Frankford Arsenal as all I asked for was a new spring in the first place.
