What are they made of? I always thought the 3d archery target repair kit stuff would make good targets that would take a beating for a while. An even denser rubber/foam would be better though.

Its a high gloss plastic "shell" that covers a polystyrene foam material.

It's quite tough, you can beat it up and it won't "bleed" until you actually shoot it.
