Update: target and DOPE card fixes

Pushed a round of fixes based on my own use and time at the range.

Targets: cleaner Grid square centre reference, more accurate Challenge scoring instructions, and redesigned PDF footers with room for notes and results.

DOPE cards: fixed overlapping notes, blank zero entries, distance unit handling, metric presets, and preview/PDF mismatches. Metric presets should behave properly now for those of you running metres.

I just discovered this source, exactly I was hoping for looong time .
Airgun shooter here, mostly, N50 and 100 BR, but also W308 @ 200-300.
Very impressive work, already downloaded my targets in interests.
Regards to DOPE cards.
Me personally I was using e-paper cards, NFC loaded from Strelok Pro. I will try your how it goes.
