Freedom Ordnance FX-9 Best Mags?

Was just wondering what mags people have used and work well for them. Just picked mine up. Would like a longer style mag that works with bolt hold open. Some posts say magpul glock mags work great others say they suck and only use actual glock mags...

I’ve had good success with the Magpul mags, bolt holds open no problem

I use magpul as well. They work fantastic.

+1 for Magpul, including the dedicated 10 round versions.

I also use ETS mags in IDPA competitions and have never had a failure... I know the 'single stack' dedicated 10 round glock mags will not always trip the LRBHO (the spring is not robust enough) but my pinned full size Glock 17 mags work fine (but a couple a pinned too tight to seat properly on a closed bolt).

I have tried multiple brands of magazines in my FX-9 (including Glock OEM, Magpul, SHK) and my LRBHO doesn't work reliably. Is there a fix or upgrade available for this? (The gun otherwise runs very, very well.)

Which magpul mags to be exact? Or just any of the mags? I live near bullseye so if they sell the right ones I’ll grab em there

The Magpul 10 rounders work great in mine.
Glock mags are hit and miss.
