So, I've gone down a bit of a rabbit hole here. Someone on here may have been wondering the same question as me.

Will the FX-9 fit a HERA CQR butt stock?

It doesn't fit perfectly, unfortunately. However, it's just a matter of there being a gap between the castle nut and the start of the CQR stock.

My solution to this is I commissioned a friend that does 3D modelling to make a STL (3D printer file) for a part that will perfectly fit this gap.

Our thinking is the FX-9 + HERA CQR is such a niche combination, it's not worth putting the file up for sale, but to be 100% sure, I'm gauging interest to see if people would be interested in the final iteration once we have the dimensions dialed in.

Can we get a pic of your FX9 with Hera kit fitted?
I'm currently using a reproduction 1:1 scale 3D printed CQR buttstock for getting the rough shape and prototyping in. I am going to need to pre-order a CQR stock in black from #####h Armoury, as no retailer in Canada currently has black in stock. :/

Once I get this fitted, I will definitely be posting pictures.

Current rough plan for a final build will be the CQR stock (obviously), this custom 3D printed spacer in carbon fiber nylon instead of PLA+ (PLA can warp when left out in the sun, like on a hot range day), 12" HERA MLOK handguard, True North Arms M4-style faux suppressor, Surefire M600, and a sight to be decided, possibly a Vortex Razor UH-1. I'd definitely prefer a faux suppressor with a linear compensator built in, but TNA doesn't make a 9mm version, just .223/5.56.
