Awesome collection of French firepower! I have yet to ever shoot one of these and look forward to the day I get to! You need one of the rare Lebels they converted to 7.5, M27 I believe.

Ahhh yes I definitely need to find a trainer, did you find it in Canada? I’ve never run into one here.

Is the one that’s gone the one you traded me? A greek collector ended up buying it from me, I found some greek graffiti on the butt stock once it arrived.

Wish me luck... I think they were made in 3 different lengths if I remember correctly

Berthier 07/15 next if you can find a good one.

BTW new book coming out which should be worth getting by the guy who does the Forgotten Weapons Series on Youtube https://www.facebook.com/frenchriflebook/

I have a couple of those, one with the cartouche intact. I’m planning on posting my mas rifles, berthiers, ww1 semi, and other miscellaneous French rifles when I get a chance. I love french rifles, I ended up selling everything in my collection but the French and Italian stuff. Ive decided to focus my collecting in hopes of saving money...

I heard he had a book in the works but I haven’t been keeping track of when it’ll be available for sale

Klunk tried to sell me a French rifle at one time - he said it had never been fired and only dropped once :)

All kidding aside, there are some beautiful rifles there guys

You need French Kropatschek, the gun that actually stood behind all this Lebel fame. And then you need to switch your focus to another country and this is where I'll be waiting to help with French collection.

Every country I decide to focus on you tell me to switch....

I also have some nice berthiers somewhere

That’s a beautiful berthier, thanks for sharing. I’m still on the hunt for one.

I have a nice prewar mas 36 too, I love the prewar rifles. It took me a while to find mine, it’s all matching and I doubt it was ever issued.
