The scrome scopes looked as issued. Guys in the states have access to purchase a newly manufactured scope from scrome. Decent thread about the rifles on snipers hide

From a quick search looks like the address is a house that was recently built (road isn't on Streetview yet.) and the business was incorporated in February.
