Friction choke tube wrench???

I need a universal choke tube wrench. The one I have found that look good is the one made by Carlson's

Anyone know of a better one or if not. Where can I get this one in Canada?

I got my Carlson in the U.S. and don't know where to find them in Canada. You might send a PM to DT10Sam. He might have a line on one.
