...and recently found out I likes shooting stuff with guns. My brother-in-law is always taking me out shooting (rifles), and he's inspired me to potentially up and buy one. I've shot a butt-load of 300 win-mag, .223, and few others. I never new it would be such crazy fun. Happy to be here is all. So, tell me....what is a sweet uprgradeable, budget friendly first buy?

Here's my shake and bake list:

Remington 870 (or Norinco HP-9 clone)
1911 (Or Norinco clone)
Norinco M14s/M305
Ruger 10/22
...

I guess it depends on what your flavour is...handgun, plinker rifle, battle rifle, shotgun...

...and make sure to join the EE, plenty of awesome deals there every now and then...

Hey Aaron, go to your "UserCP" (top left under the advertisement banners). From there, go to "Group Membership" on the lower left under Miscellaneous.

Follow directions from there...
