Front bead for cooey model 840 20ga

I have the above gun and last time I went shooting some one knocked my front bead off and I was just wondering if this is something I can replace or do I have to fab it?

Same thing happen to my sons O/U. He bought a pack of 4 high vize with one a few screws & inserts for $10.DAN>>>

I just ordered a couple of replacement beads from brownells tonight. They were about $3 each. Unless you know what thread it is you may want to order the tap that goes with the bead at about $4.

any one have any good links for threaded beads i would be willing to tap

Put a pedestal under the new bead to match the height of the receiver or the gun will shoot high.

The Brownell beads have a shoulder on them, you just screw it down till it stops, and you are at the proper height.
