Front set screw for NEA HG?

Just got an NEA 858 upper handguard ... The front has a threaded hole for what looks like a set screw. Are these supposed to ship with a front set screw ?

Mine has the same threaded hole but only came with one set screw for the takedown pin, there is a spot for a second set screw on the takedown pin portion of the upper rail too

Of the two NEA handguard sets that I bought, one came with the screw, the other didn't, this seems to be common. IIRC they are a #8-32 machine/set screw, and I've found it does take up any slop that develops in the mount. If you want some shoot me a PM, I think I have a big bag of them.
