Just got back from our 3 gun match today. 6gm6 did a great job making a challenging course, which included 2 swinging targets hiding behind barrels. 12 people turned out, and everyone had a good time. We had people from all over, including Ottawa, Oshawa and few other locations that I have already forgot
. The Ottawa crew were especially nice, providing a wonderful door prize for Geoff (actually, Tritium forgot his knife, and 6gm6 is holding it for him...). The weather was a little chilly, but it was still a great deal of fun. Tritum did manage to shoot the high score, and he discovered a new type of mag jam in his AR. Pictures will be posted a bit later.
On a side note, Keith shot the 10 round shotgun stage with a double barrel shotgun...he placed 6th out of 12th overall for the entire match. Oh yeah, he shot the rifle portion with a lever action.
Just goes to show you what happens when you practice with your equipment. Everyone else was using semi auto rifles and pump shotguns.
