Frontier bullet loading

Sorry if this has been answered before,but could not find anything on a search.
Do you use fmj or lead data for reloading Frontier cmj bullets ?

The man is correct.

The starting data for a similar shaped and weight as their 200 grn. FP in my manuals was 5.2 of Titegroup. At PoFF's suggestion I tried 5.0 to 5.1 and found it groups the nicest at 5.1 to 5.2...

Go with the starting data. As you can see it will be pretty close to dead on. If anything load a hair lighter than heavier.

Frontier makes a good bullet. I've been nothing but pleased with their .45 ACP. Good luck.

I use lead data for those and have been pretty much bang on for velocities.

anyone used these bullets in the M14 or anyhting like that?, im just wondering if the flat point will feed in that rifle?
