Mike Brake - Chief Firearms Instructor
Sgt. Mike Brake (ret) is an active member within the CTOA and a firearms training specialist with Frontline Training and Tactical Products. A career combined of 30 years military and law enforcement including SWAT. Over 15 years experience in developing, teaching and supervising Provincial Use of Force training, including less lethal training and defensive tactics. He specializes in firearms training for duty pistol, shotgun, carbine rifle and sniper rifle. An accomplished and respected competitive shooter having represented Canada at the Can-Am Games, World Police Games, Ontario Tactical Advisory Board Competitions and other local tactical, IDPA and operational competitive events.

Mike Babineau - Senior Firearms Instructor Training and Operations
Mr. Babineau has 35 years experience in policing of which 23 years were in a supervisory capacity. From 2000 until his retirement, Sgt. Babineau was the Senior Firearms Instructor for the Toronto Police Service and Administrative assistant to the Armament Officer and as such was responsible for developing and delivering firearms training and tactical training exercises for all Toronto Police Officers. Following his retirement from the Toronto Police Service (TPS) he spent three years as a Nuclear Response Team instructor for Ontario Power Generation. Mr. Babineau’s many other qualifications and/or certifications include weapons technician and instructor (on a variety of weapons including Taser), baton instructor, rappel instructor, defensive tactics instructor, Andros robot operator, EOD Technician and post blast scene technician, hostage negotiations, ARWEN (Anti-Riot Weapon Enfield) armourer and instructor, and drug investigator.

Frontline has a large cadre of additional instructors who can provide additional or specialized instruction on a wide variety of topics.

Hi Armyrem, this thread here is going to make more sense once I have a few others completed and posted to go along with it.

Currently, our home for training operations is Silverdale Gun Club in St. Anns, however we have the ability to bring our courses to you if necessary, provided we can work out an arrangement with a local gun club to act as a host for our training.
 
I had the chance to work with the Frontline guys at the Range today, They lead a well organized training course.
