Interesting shotty. My question is, as a semi-auto the max rounds it can be is 5+1. It states it can take 6+1 with 2 3/4.

If the gun has a 3" chamber and the barrel is stamped for 3" shells ... then legally it can only hold 5 x 3" shells. And legally you can cramp as many shorter shells into the magazine tube as will fit in.

If that gun cycles mini shells .... then probably 8 or 9 would fit into the magazine and that would be legal.

It is chambered for 3" shells, so it can hold up to 5 rds of 3"
