Fun with the Rascal got the little guy out!

Update figured i would add to this post, got my son to the range today for the first time what fun hes 5. He got to squeeze off a couple shots but got a little discouraged trying to get a good hold on it. Was having trouble getting his hand around the grip and finger in trigger at same time. So instead of pushing him we went for some timbits and hes looking forward to going back. Think we may just spend a little more time holding it first for next time.
When he got those shots off he sure had a big smile though!


I had these tech sights left over from a deal i made so decided to put them on my boys Rascal which took a little fitting. What have you done to yours? I would still like to do an adult stock some time.

Anyone add a slip on pad to add some length to the stock, if so which one fits?

My other laptop is broken with all my old pics, but I added a Bushnell TRS25 red dot to my sons' Rascal and they love shooting it more now - though their CZ Scout gets a lot of the workout duties now.

This was my kids rascal before I sold it. Added a wood spacer to the stock. The shell holder was there to help hold the check riser in place.

** Just realized that the spacer I added isn't in the picture. It was a piece I shaped, stained black and screwed to the factory plastic end plate.
