G17 mags

some ppl were asking for pics of pinned G17 mags...

well here are some i got.

older style non-metal linned, notice the round ammo area.

metal linned mags, these are pinned at the 13 witness hole. 9mm1-9mm3 followers.

newest metal linned mags, these are pinned at the 15 wihtness hole. 9mm5 followers.

I have some pinned at the 13 hole. How/why do the followers affect the pin placement?

the newer G17 mags have 9mm5 followers, they are longer and require the pin to be lower. I still have to test if the followers/springs can mix and match.

Will do that on the weekend and post the results.

LOL, i have 25 G17 mags!

15 x 10/17 mags and 10 x 10rd mags!

You must have left your rifle real far away to need that many mags to get back to it.

G18 mags are pinned to #15 as well.
