Looking to buy a non 1911 variant pistol in .45 ACP. I like my Glock 22 a lot so I figured I will probably like the G21.
I'd really like to try it before buying though. If anybody has a G21 and goes to Silverdale, PM me if you'd let me try it.

I have an assortment of handguns to let you shoot as well :)
And of course I will provide my own ammunition.

:redface: my bad. I haven't progressed from my G17 yet. I also had an interest in a .45 Glock as I already shoot a few 1911's when I responded to an EE ad about a .45 Glock, the guy tells me it's in .45 GAP!? I'd never heard of the cartridge, let alone where to even buy it.

ya its not that common of a round here in Canada, or even the states for that matter.

I'm looking as those German HK45's now from Wanstalls too. They are just so damn pricey though, and 89.99 for a mag is insane, but I guess that's HK for you.

You might want to try a M&P 45, too. I have not yet tried one, but hope to.

I could be off base, but I'm sure Glock would bring a G21 to Silverdale's Glock shoot day. I also know that Lanz's/Silverdale have range guns. Give them a call and enquire, I'm sure they can accommodate you...these are good people we're discussing, who won't mind potentially selling a gun if you know what I mean;)

They already had their Glock shoot back in October unfortunately. As much as I love Silverdale, Lanz prices are too high compared to dealers here. I seen they have a G22 RTF2 for 799. I purchased mine for almost 120 less.

Might see if they have a G21 I can test though. Thanks for the tip.
