Could anyone tell me how thick the lines are in the G2DMR reticle that Bushnell is using? I can't seem to find that information anywhere.

I had stumbled across that picture somewhere, it's hard to tell the thickness though without some sort of reference. I was thinking of trying this reticle for a few things, but if it's super-duper thick and would completely cover the v-bull then it might not be much use for me.

I looked through a 3.5 -21 tac. FFP and was not impressed at all. At 300 yrds the the retilce completely covered a 4x4 sign post at 21 power. I had to turn the power down to 10 to accually see the post behind reticle. Also at 21 power the only part of the reticle you see is the main cross hair and the first line down. Not much thought went into that scope design. I ended up buying a Vortex Viper HS FFP it has the XLR reticle that remains very fine at max power but is a little to fine at min power but still usable

best i could do... sorry

Looks like that indicates that the line is .05 mil wide, which means .18 MOA (if my quick math is correct), which yeah, might be a little thick to use on F/TR targets as well as steel targets. Compared to a reticle such as Nightforces NP-R1 (which has .062 MOA thick lines) they are pretty thick.

Just had a quick look at the Vortex PST reticles and their lines are .18 MOA thick as well. Sightron's FFP reticle has .1 MOA thick lines and Nightforce is thinner at .062 MOA

I love this reticle. It really works for my holdover shooting with reduced 308 win loads for longer ranges. I really appreciate the fine lines and thicker lines at the right places.

I like the G2DMR reticle. The center cross hairs are a bit finer than the main ones with all the mil markings. At 24x, i could see it being a wee thick for precision shooting at very long range. Glass is nice and clear.
