Just saw this new instalation vid on YouTube (copy and past title to YouTube search to find it) Just wondering. It doesn't look like any mod to the gun, which I like,(just a little mod to the stock) but he mentioned mucking with the mag (but no details) but it will still function in your ar after. Anyone know if you can get away with not modifying the mag so pistol Mags can still be used? The canadian adapter has seemed to have lost a little steam which is sad, maybe this will be an option. Any info would be great.
Thanks

So what is up with the G9A sks mag adapter?
"We have them in stock."
Are they available to purchase?
"Close, but not yet. Watch the website."
Do you ship to Canada?
"Yes, we do."
What type of mods do you need to do to the gun?
"We will post instructions at the website when we go live. You to trim the
tangs on the trigger assy and open the stock mag well. Nothing is done to
the rifle magwell. You probably will need the 'drop free' bolt mod and
rarely, the 8-4 barrel ramp."
What type of mods do you need to do to the mag?
"We are working with a USA Company and a Canadian Company to offer
pre-modified mags to the public."
Can you get away with not modifying the mag as that is a legal requirement
here in canada to use ar pistol mags (capacity 10) is for there to be no
modification to the mag to be legal.
"No"
How much?
"199.99 for the adapter + 15.00 to ship to Canada."
It's too bad about the mags. Sure did sound promising, but sound like it would be a dual purpose mag and not an option for 10 round pistol mags
Thanks
