Club Changes In Response To COVID-19 Effective 20 March, 2020
The Sportsmen’s Club Galt has enacted the following measures in support of the Ontario Governments Declaration of Emergency. These measures will be enforced until at least 2 April 2020.
• The club is no longer open to the general public. Members ONLY. No Guests.
• Please stay at home and do not visit the club grounds if:
o You have travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days
o You have had contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
o You are feeling unwell, experiencing any fever, cough or shortness of breath
• The club restaurant and bar are CLOSED.
• Membership Services will not be available in person. Please email membership.scg@gmail.com or phone (226) 203-6108 during membership hours (Wednesday 4-8pm or Sunday 1-4pm) if you have questions.
• The Main Club House now has a 4 persons limit. The Handgun building has a 2 persons limit. These buildings are open for Washroom access, to purchase targets or to “Sign in” and not for members to congregate.
• All members must sign in upon arrival.
• Hand sanitizer will be provided around the club buildings.
• Practice “Social Distancing” i.e. stay 6 feet distant from other persons.
• Clay Target Shooters:
o Cashier hours may be reduced. Please ensure you have loaded your Target Card.
o Where possible please use credit or debit for target payments to reduce cash handling.
