The G3G crew got the stages set up today and the volunteers got a chance to shoot the match. The stages are challenging but fun. BRING LOTS OF AMMO :D Match scores will be posted in this thread following the match.
And to give those of you still up a taste of what is in store for tomorrow, below is one of the targets you will be shooting. This target is almost life-size and is 4 feet high by 8 feet wide!

Ughhhhh dq'd myself at the end of the first stage.. Zero shotgun experience, rushed things and left a shell in there while transitioning to rifle.. Will definitely have to hit some shotgun matches to get that under my belt. All in all a GREAT match. BIG thanks to all the volunteers who made the match possible and to the club for giving us access to one of the top facilities I've been to! It was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to the next one with a few lessons learned lol

Thank you. Nobody gave me a reason not to behave and the only downer was 100% caused by yours truly :cool: Love this sport and really appreciate all the hard work you guys put into it. If you ever need any help in the future, you know how to reach me and I'll make the time :)
 
You must have got me and Bernard mixed up...! He got bonus points for the desert tan shemagh!

Thank's to Select Shooting Supplies for the great prizes! I wasn't expecting a draw per squad which was great! Thanks to all the volunteers and Dale for setting up and running the match! Always appreciate some running stages for those of us who don't exercise. lol.
