Gamegetter???

Has anyone tried one of these cartridges they appear to ba a good idea but are they really? What power would these produce?

My buddy has one for his 7RM.....shoots a lot of grouse with it during hunting season if he's out in sheep camp. Works pretty well. It shoots pretty accuratly and kills good. I've never bought one.....always kinda worried about having a barrel plug if the .22 blank wasnt strong enough or was a dud...
