What do you guys think of the gamo big cat air guns?? Would they make a good first 22 cal.
If not what would you recommend in a high speed 22. Quest?? 34??
I recommend the 34 hands down from the guns you refer to,much more accurate then the others with a better trigger.
Yeah theres no looking back, save your money for another quality gunThanks.Double the price here also. I have a 34 now in 177 which is why I asked.

I dont owe the bigcat but I do have two in .22, the hunter 440 and shadow, in the 14-15 fpe range as the bigcat. The mechanism and platform are the same as the bigcat, the bigcats barrel is covered by a polymer plastic the only differance it has from the shadow. The trigger is aweful most buy the after market trigger mechanism sold for this gun,the gamos are well built only the trigger is their weak point.I dont like though the later models because on the break barrels(exept the 1250) they now screw the barrel on a plastic block, that is unacceptable from my point of view. I hope I helped.Na. I like to hear more on the big cat

Wise decision. Thanks for the feedback. That helped a lot. I think I may have found a good used model 34 in 22. That is where I will focus now.
