Got these at a garage sale a while ago, but finally got around to photographing & posting them. They are about .50 cal, rimfire with an "H" stamped on the head. Any ideas?

My guess the "H" is:
Winchester Repeating Arms Co., New Haven, CT

Two other choices for "H":
(A) Hirtenberger Patronen-, Zündhütchen-und Metallwarenfabrik A.-G., Hirtenberg, Niederdonau, Austria

(B) Rheinische Metallwaren und Maschinenfabrik, Dusseldorf, Germany

The H for sure means its Winchester. Its a tribute to Tyler Henry the inventor of the Henry lever action. He worked for Winchester and was involved in the designs of the later Winchester lever guns.

Its probably not a Spencer cartridge, Spencers were .56 cal IIRC, measure the cartridge case then check the chart here:

they are for a henery rifle

I have a few around real old the brass is good but the lead it rotting 44 cal i think

H is the Winch hs. Top looks like a 44RF long. Bottom looks like a 56-50 Spencer. Spencers were made in three calibres 56-46, 56-50 and 56-56.

My guess is .44 Henry Flat.
