Work really well in my Garand, cycle the action, good accuracy and no leading after 100+ rounds.
37gr. of H4895 or 37,5gr. of IMR4895 under a RCBS 30-180-SP or equivalent bullets in the 180-185gr. range. I seated it at 3.095"
If your Garand action is stiffer, it may not load the second round correctly, just bump the load 0.5gr and it should work.
