Garand made of new old stock parts.

It's a Boyd's stock, there are a few original not refinished small pieces, looks like every rebuild from parts M1 I've seen, but not as nice as a Vulcan restore.

Of course we all know the receivers used on these builds are all used because nobody has NOS receivers. Every part in this rifle is NOS except for the buttplate which is armoury refinished and the gas lock which is used. That’s because I imported every part and thousands of others over 17 years and unwrapped them myself. I wholeheartedly disagree with your comment about them and their weld n’ grind “restorations”. If I had been drinking a coffee while I read your comment I would’ve spit it out in laughter.

decades ago, many surplus parts were new in the envelopes or mint wood was mint
but, that was then, now most of the parts come from taking guns apart or a parts dealer gets fortunate to find mint parts from a government surplus sale
Parts arent easy to find and the complete guns are even harder to find in mint condition
