Garands coming?

I'm hearing some faint rumors regarding some M1 Garands and or Carbines coming from Korea, any truth and more info on this? I waited too long to purchase a Garand, now the prices are way too high for me. Here's hoping we get some reasonably priced M1's in the near future.
 
- If these ever make it to Canada after the feeding frenzy in the USA, I figure they will sell for around a $1000.00 each.

- The new HBO mini-series dealing with the WW2 US Pacific Campaign against Japan coming in March, will whip-up a buying Frenzy for Garands just like Band of Brothers did a few years ago (Everybody and his Grandma will want an M-1).

I paid $150 at Lever about 15 years ago.
My only regret is that I didnt buy them ALL.
Of course, I know full well that the cheap SKS that they have now will go up four-fold also, but did I buy a dozen? Noooo, only three so far.
 
But did you pick up the M1D sniper package at $599 from Districorp? Just the mil M84 scope alone is already worth $600+ these days.

I hope your right, because the Rusky I picked up a few years ago has de-valued at least 50% since the big shipment swamped the market.
 
"...from Korea..." Supposedly sold to U.S. surplus dealers. Most likely Century. Doubt any of 'em will make it up here. Certainly not the M1 Carbines.
