Garmin Xero Chrony

I haven't seen a single thread about the Garmins, but plenty of threads about the Labradars. I also haven't seen anyone post here saying they have one.

I ordered one within a few hours of them being available online.

Saw a guy using it at my range yesterday and had a chat with him about it. He ended up bringing it over to my bench and it was so easy to set up and use. It was showing almost the exact info as my magnetospeed, Great piece of kit for sure!

So the question is, if the data isn't exactly the same as the other unit whether it be labradar, magentospeed etc, which is incorrect?

The differences I have seen posted are around 5 fps. I’m not sure that means much at 2-3K fps. No way to know unless all the other data points are perfect and shooting on paper at significant distance.

I just got mine yesterday , haven’t used it yet but just going through the menu it’s night and day to my labradar I just sold….
Crazy how small it is like the size of a baseball and the app is laid out very well…. Very excited to try it soon

It's good. Undoubtedly beats the Labradar.

As for the Area 419 mount. I'm undecided. It's convenient for sure. The prob is that it detects even the slightest movement, and the radar shuts down. The tripod it comes with is really good, I'll probably stick with that for the most part.
