Gas block to fit under rails

Hi,

In another thread, Hoddie describes grinding down a FSB on a carbine barrel to fit under a rifle-length rail system. I would like to do the same kind of config, but my current upper came with a railed gasblock. It seems like a lot of material to remove. I was wondering if anyone knows for sure if any of the low-profile gasblocks (ie. Badger, LaRue) will fit for sure under FF rail systems that are easily obtainable in Canada (ie. Troy or Samson).

Got my Badger Ordinance "SpeedBlock" from Wolverine. Nice piece, but the set screw that holds it in place has been problematic.

Larue makes great gas blocks. I think Viltor has recently released one or are about to release it.
