Hello, this is cancer's wife and I want to get the perfect gear bag for cancer. I am hoping to save him some time by having a gear bag that can be made to be ready to go to the range at short notice. (This is because we are expecting our second child, we both work and range time is getting limited at this point between our two schedules). Since I don't often shoot, I am not sure what a 'good' bag should have room for. If anyone could offer suggestions/links/etc. I would really appreciate it!

Don't tell cancer because I'm hoping to give this to him for a surprise.

Thank you!

I've gone through about 3 other bags and sold them, then I got this one and seem satisfied so the search is over for me. It's big, but I can get in almost everything I need. It's always packed and ready to go, no need to think about what I'm forgetting anymore as it's all there. And it's built like a brick out-house!

Talk to mrclean at Shooters Gear. I've got two of their large range bags. Couldn't be happier with them.

x3 on the Shooters Connection bag.. I've had one for over a year, and it has held up. Plenty of room for all required items, and with the exception of ammo and firearms, I keep it packed and ready. Despite how heavy it has become at times, the handles and straps have remained strong and have not ripped or otherwise broken.

Yes, I got the bag. It's a sturdy bag, but very expensive. Bag has plenty of compartments, sub bags and add ins that you have to remove and leave behind before you take the range. Overall, I'd say it's a very solid sturdy bag, but it's probably twice the price it should be because of shipping and "handling" fees, they were close to $100 alone (and it took close to two months for the bag to arrive). Not to mention, the tag in the bag still says "Made in China".
