I second this. I'd like one for a .45 ACP, slip over the barrel "shroud" type.

Barrel is 0.75" OD, threads are .578 x 28

On the Gemtech website it says the 5.56 halo is meant for display only and not to be intended to be shot. Even on the picture of it, it says inert display.

Ahh, so the 5.56 is just for Display..that kinda sux - If you cant find anything good to slip over a .45, does KRISS sell their shrouds separately? Prob could mod it to fit on other barrels. Also, I put an airsoft long one over my Storm carbine, & it fit perfectly.
