Gen 1 t97 pmags (m3) modifications help

Hey guys got a bunch of gen 3 pmags and the are deff crazy tight. They seem to feed snaps no issues once in the rifle but they are way to tight a fit as many know. Curious if anyone has had any luck filing down pmags to fit better and if so were you filing the spine, sides or front of the mags ?

Mine were tight at first but I kept inserting and removing while watching a movie. Although they dont drop free all the time, they are easily inserted and removed now. Mine by the way is a Gen2.

Ya I hear they literally get tighter each generation you go up. Gen 3s get kinda stuck :/
