Just let me say first that i've shot over 500 Rnds so far and have had ZERO failures,My problem is out of a 10 round mag i'm getting 6-7 shell casings bounce off my forehead. Its very annoying and i'm looking for a fix.

Any Help?

This is a well known issue with 4th generation 9mm Glocks, and late 3rd generation models, in some cases too.

Sometimes the gun breaks in, sometimes it needs a new ejector, or an extractor, or a polished extractor, or a RSA upgrade, or some other crap.

Were you shooting 115 gr ammo by any chance?

You specifically mentioned the magazine, was this only happening with one mag? This doesn't seem like a problem that would involve the magazine at all which is why I'm asking.

I've got a gen4 with no issues, about 2500 rounds through it so far. If you contact Police Ordnance, they are handling the RSA issue in Canada I believe, so they can get you the new recoil spring. This likely shouldn't relate to the direction the brass goes on eject, but its worth having. Otherwise, have you looked at your ejector to make sure its not bent or damaged in any way? Police Ordnance are Glock armourers, so when you call about the RSA issue you can ask their armourer.

No mag Problems,I was saying it happens 5-6 times on a 10 rnd mag,any mag.

Ive spoken with Glock USA and it has a new RSA installed and they think it could be the extractor or ejector,I have spoken to Police Ordnance and they dont have any ejectors or extractors in stock but they were very helpful.I will probably send it in when thier parts come in.

Ok, that makes sense. Police Ordnance are the Glock distributor for Canada as well as armourers, so give them a call and see what they say. They can at least get you on the RSA program, and then hopefully give some helpful advice on your ejection direction.

We'll see how it goes.

BTW does any company in canada sell these parts i need for an upgrade or is Glock the only one to deal with?

That depends on your intended use. If you want to shoot IPSC production class, then it needs to be all Glock parts. You can get Glock parts through most Glock suppliers. Lone wolf offers upgraded parts if you don't care about qualifying for IPSC and there are several lone wolf distributors among our sponsors, unfortunately I'm not sure which ones off the top of my head.

I would suggest contacting Glock or Police Ordnance first to see if your issue is under warranty, you might get it repaired for free without buying parts.

You need to replace the ejector with the new one with number 30274 stamped on it.

Is this your first Glock/ Handgun? If so, may I suggest that you allow someone who's familure shooting a Glock's try a few mags w your gun and see what happens? If it still occurs you may indeed have a problem.
( If the OP is allowing recoil to overtake {one handed presentation?} and the gun's ejection port is accually pointed in his direction shortly after being fired....guess what!? Brass in the forehead :) )

Happens to others as well.I do indeed have a problem.

Here's my $0.02...my G17 gen3 consistantly sends casing back at the 4 o'clock position.
However, my G21 gen4 sends them back over my head with the odd one in the fore-head. My friend also has the same issue with his G21 gen4. Perhaps its just the nature of the beast.
