Gen III NV availability in Canada?

So I saw TSE's post about the Elcan NV scope, and it got me wondering...

Is there any availability in Canada for either a monocular ala PVS-14, or the firearm-mounted AN/PVS-22 or AN/PVS-27?

I figure the PVS-14 and the AN/PVS-22 would be moderately expensive, the AN/PVS-27 is probably LEO/Gov only right? or if not still too much money...

I should have some new Bushnell NVGs instock in the next little while. Sounds like the quality is quite good.
